Log in to access your Supacasi account and balance
Supacasi Account Login
Supacasi account login opens the personal area where you manage your profile details, balance, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus status. You need a registered account to sign in; without it, the casino keeps access limited to public pages like game previews and general promotions.
You can log in from a PC through a web browser or from a mobile phone using the mobile site. The sign-in form uses the same credentials on both devices, so one account covers desktop and mobile access.
Supacasi Login Security Measures
- 2FA: Supacasi supports two-factor authentication via a 6-digit one-time code from an authenticator app (TOTP). The code refreshes every 30 seconds and is required after entering the correct password on new devices and new browser sessions. Recovery uses single-use backup codes; each backup code works once and Supacasi invalidates it after use.
- Password: Supacasi requires a password with at least 12 characters, including upper- and lower-case letters and a number. The system rejects common and breached passwords and blocks reuse of the last 5 passwords. A good pattern is a 4–5 word passphrase with separators (for example: River-Canvas-1974-Slate), stored in a password manager and not shared with email or banking logins.
- Notifications: Supacasi sends an email alert on first-time logins from a new device, password changes, 2FA enable/disable actions, and failed login bursts (5 attempts within 10 minutes). Each security email includes time (UTC), IP address, and device/browser details, plus a “Secure my account” link that forces a password reset and signs out all sessions.

Account Verification After Login In Supacasi
Supacasi asks for verification after login when an account action triggers KYC checks, most often before the first withdrawal or when account data does not match payment details.
- When verification is required: Before the first withdrawal; when a deposit method name differs from the account holder name; after changing email, phone number, or withdrawal details; when login comes from a new country or device; when the system flags unusual betting or transaction patterns; when total withdrawals reach internal compliance thresholds.
- ID: Passport, national ID card, or driving licence; the file must be clear, in color, and show full name, date of birth, document number, issue/expiry dates, and the full document edges.
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last 90 days; it must show full name and the same residential address as in the profile.
- Payment method: Card photo showing only the last 4 digits and the cardholder name (CVV hidden), or an e-wallet account screenshot showing the owner name and account identifier; Supacasi can request proof that the payment method belongs to the account holder.
- Selfie / liveness: A selfie holding the ID or a short liveness check to match the face to the document when automated checks fail or when risk flags appear.
- Source of funds (conditional): Payslip, tax return, bank statements, or a proof-of-sale document when transaction volume or compliance rules require extra checks.
